Eat Out and Still Lose Weight
Those who know me well know that I love to go out to eat. In fact, if I could start all over again, I’d be a restaurant critic! I love the entire experience of going out to eat- the food, the service, the ambiance!
Unfortunately, we have less control over how our food is prepared when we go out to a restaurant. That makes it even more of a challenge to maintain our ideal weight and stay healthy.

The only thing I’d add is to skip the soup altogether and have a salad to start instead. Many soups have unhealthy ingredients and can affect your weight loss goals. Salads, on the other hand, are a healthier option provided you stick to oil and vinegar as the dressing. Even a low-fat, creamy dressing like Ranch, Russian or Blue Cheese can be loaded with sugar and should be avoided.
