Is exercise required?

Exercise is not required (although we do encourage it). Approximately half of our successful clients choose not to exercise and still achieve their ideal weight. So, if you despise getting sweaty, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered! You can still achieve your ideal weight in our program without exercise.

How long is the program?
The length of your program will be determined by your weight loss goals, current health status and program options. Our clients typically choose to spend 16 or more weeks with us.
Is this program low-carb or low-fat?
Actually, neither. Our team customizes a meal plan for you based upon your goals and nutritional needs. As such, everyone’s program is different. While one client’s plan might be lower carbohydrate or lower fat than another’s, all of our clients enjoy meals that are balanced with the proper amounts of protein, carbohydrates and fat. The meals we teach you to eat will help you lose weight while keeping you feeling satisfied, both mentally and physically!
What do I eat during the program?
We teach our clients exactly what to eat in order to reach their goal. Our meal planning options include real, whole foods, meal replacement supplements (bars, shakes and snacks) or a combination of both. We’ll cater to your desires and needs while helping you lose weight safely and steadily.
How much weight will I lose each week?
The amount of weight a client loses each week is dependent upon several factors including the number of calories consumed, the number of calories burned, and the health status of the client. Rest assured, our goal is to help you lose as much fat as possible, as safely as possible while keeping you nutritionally and emotionally satisfied. (Notice that we said “as much fat as possible” and not “as much weight as possible,” There’s a big difference here. The weight you lose in our program will be fat, not water and muscle like people often lose with other low calorie diets.)

If you’ve had any experience with weight loss programs in the past, then you know that any one of them can easily tell you which foods to avoid in order to lose weight. That’s not terribly difficult. But, successful, long-term weight loss requires much more than that. For clients who have come to us ready to invest in themselves and to put forth the required effort, our program has been nothing short of life-changing! How much does it cost?
Our fees are dependent upon your desired goals and program options. We’re certainly not your cheapest option. But, we will solve your problem once-and-for-all. Many of our clients admit to us that they had wasted enormous amounts of both time and money with other failed programs over the years. Are payment plans available?
We’ve got you covered! Guaranteed financing is available, if needed. However, our various program options provide a plan for every budget, so most of our clients chose other money-saving payment options instead.
Where exactly are you located?
Our address is 400 Post Ave, Suite LL1, Westbury, NY 11590. We are located in a four-story professional building (Holiday Plaza) directly adjacent to the Northern State Parkway at Exit 32 (Post Avenue). Plenty of free parking is available with entrances in both the front and back of our building. Once you enter the building, simply take the stairs or elevator down one level. We’re the only suite on the lower level, so you can’t miss us!
